I am the General Manager at SCM. It is a privilege to help the Church, in all of its styles and flavours, meet people’s practical, emotional and spiritual needs across Southampton. We have amazing volunteers at SCM who serve with such generous hearts – they make this job awesome!

I am the Marketplace Manager and I LOVE it! I work with an amazing team of volunteers and our four Marketplaces are fast becoming vibrant community hubs where people are finding friendship, support and a great selection of food. It is a joy to be part of such a vital project in the city.

I am the Basics Bank Manager here at SCM. It is a such a joy to be in this role. I want to help all that I can and show the love of Jesus through my actions.

The Office

I’m the Office Manager at SCM. I enjoy using my admin skills for a charity which makes a real difference to so many people in our city. It’s a privilege to work with a great staff team and wonderful volunteers.

Oliver Milton

I’m the Administrator at SCM, I seek to use my admin gifts to do a lot of the background work, freeing up my colleagues to be able to focus on their particular areas. I have a real appreciation for all those who volunteer, donate to, and support the work of SCM, and hope as we seek to help those in their times of hardship, that they might see the love of God in action.

My role is Admin Assistant at SCM. I started in 2018, which has flown by! I love how varied it is and am honoured to work with such an amazing team. It is a pleasure to serve the city through God’s work.

Schools Team

Ellie Cousins

I’m the Schools Lead with SCM. I joined the team in January 2020, having previously been a Primary School Teacher. I love that I get to visit lots of schools across the region, telling children all about Jesus and God’s love. Although I am occasionally in the office, you’ll usually find me in a school telling bible stories, leading games, making crafts, and generally having a brilliant time with children! I love it!

I’m one of the school’s workers with SCM! I go into schools all over Southampton to support children and young people with their RE learning in all sorts of creative ways. We often run assemblies and workshops such as our Question of Faith days! Look out for us at a school near you!
